Assualt cube 1.1 is out!!!! although only 1 server has players.


It has a newmaps
1 new weapon (its a 3 shot rifle)
about 5-15 new mapmodels
more textures + skymaps

Different Font (but i liked the old one)

Instead of KDR there is score, 10 points for a kill 4- for a death
Assault rifle fires faster and does a Litte less damage
Sniper does 80 damage now (before 85)

You can gib with a shotgun (very close up)

Subgun looks like its changed but im not sure.

New Pickups -

Helmet = + 25 Armour

Grenades - Used to be 2 now only 1, and the icon looks different

EDIT----------------

New Gema Skill. You can jump then crouch in mid air, it will push u up a bit


Grenade explosion looks different.

New Type of clip, called "player clip" For me it looks like it does the same function of a normal clip just purple

Shocked

Now for the new mapmodels i noticed ( theres more i think )

Black Barrel
Red Milk Crate
Blue Milk Crate
Hanging lamp
Vent Flap
Train Tracks
Train Tracks - Curved
A wagon which fits on the train tracks

Now thats my opinion and i havent found EVERYTHING

i was not able to load any of the old gema maps on a server:D so good luck with the new gema "skill"

actually with jump crouch,20 mag for assault rifle and with the fact that 100/100 nade jump doesnt kill you, its stupid to play gema on it anyway. If you are a noob it could be fun though..


if someone wants to play gema stick to 1.0.4

thats just my opinion for now:D it could change...

Wow, very nice Cid Wink I think that i'll update my server, but do you think that it will be possible to mix the both mods? (this one and gema mod?) it would realy nice ^^

If you were to make maps in v1.1, you can't then play them in v1.0.4. One way process:

1.0.4 -> 1.1 = fine
1.0.4 <- 1.1 = not fine

Right Right. Um ill just stick with 1.04. i know you can move mapmodels, edit configs and menus and that but im not bothered i have like 200 mapmodels

1.1 is a very bad thing for gemas because it changes the gameplay:
Assaultrifle shoot faster so you can jump higher and further
Kevlar works exponentially: more you have kevlar, more you have health, that's why it's a problem for nade jump
Another problem: we don't have gemascript for 1.1...

I agree with HP: i will keep playing gemas on 1.0.4

The server of you is already available in 1.1??
