Maybe it's done already by Sveark, i dont know really (need to compile and check), weird that he didnt posted it in gema forum:

Lua modded AC v1.2.0.2 server source code (if I recall correctly, only one thing left to do - to get the latest Lua Lanes library and port it to the Lua mod)

Is this tested? Building this on a newly setup Debian gives me a few compiler errors in server.cpp, server.h and a bunch of other files (errors like redefined functions, duplicate case values, conversion errors only to name a few)

Fixed that mod for you. If you find any issues, report them please.
SvearkMod works, Zombie mode not, but I'm not sure if it is a script error or an issue with the Lua mod Zombie mode too, if you change the start function to:

I am Markus, and these paths should not be in the repository. Fixed it in the repository; also added a build.sh which should build enet, lua and the server automatically
