Automatic Alternative Masterserver

I have created an automatic alternative masterserver!

Client:
For the client, it works in a similar to Bosko's, you simply add:

-mac-ms.cid0.kodingen.com/

to your Client's assaultcube.bat file (Windows, Right-Click->edit), assaultcube.sh (Linux) or into the "advanced options" box (Mac).

Then simply startup the game, and choose to update the list of servers.

EDIT: The client will now receive the list from all three masterservers! (Official, Bosko's, and this)

Server:
This masterserver works like the old official one used to, it automatically adds your server to the list (you do not have to go through the whole tedious process of asking someone )
To use it, add:

Once you startup the server, in a few seconds it should say "Your server has been added to our database." or something similar.

Ok nice, it's better with auto-registration, but we can't see many masterserver at one time, so if there are too much masterserver....

In that case, I can make it so it uses the list of all three masterservers.

So when the client requests the list, it will get all of the servers in my database, all of those in Bosko's list, and all of those in the official masterserver, and send them all to the client in a single list
