War for Gema server

In an effort to ramp up the fight for the gema server to be published on the master list, it would be good if you guys used the official irc more to level the playing field.

Never mind, one of my other friends Pwned! is going to make an irc channel. We might have a person designing a professional site too. I also found a guy who's willing to possibly host a master server dedicated to gema. What do you guys think?

Yeah that's true, I told him that. I wanted to know if anyone has any brilliant way of doing something. As of now I have the des|Buka guy interested in thekiller's server and this forum. It looks like he's going to try and help us

For the masterserver, i agree with pwned, we are already registered on cid one.
For Irc, i prefer quakenet. What is better on centralchat?

The Q bot requires several permanent active members to be on the channel before you can use it, and is a real pain to set up.
GameSurge's ChanServ bot provides far more features, is much easier to use/understand, and has no registration restrictions.

I also recommend that you guys use Bosko's masterserver once it is fully up and running, as my masterserver is only basic, and will not be maintained.

afaik, it is not yet automatic, so you can use mine for a few days/weeks until he gets it sorted.

Feel free to stay online while you play gema. The more people we have there, the better this looks xDD Also I talked to wh00p|Toca and showed him Thekiller's server. He's supportive.
